Symposia

The RiskSIG is planning to conduct the following Symposia during 2010.

  • Toronto - May 17-20, 2010
The Risk SIG's Project Risk Symposium (co-located with ProjectWorld*Business Analyst World Toronto) provides a unique forum for all those involved with project risk management, delivering comprehensive analysis and updates on key methodologies, techniques and emerging trends in managing risk in projects and the enterprise across all industry sectors.

The Symposium includes significant RiskSIG workshops and track sessions co-currently during the event. The conference offers practitioners, industry leaders, and academics alike the opportunity to get together and exchange up to the minute ideas and release cutting-edge research on new developments in the project risk management field.

The conference is a better reflection of the needs of our current membership and the need to better promote project risk management knowledge and skills within the project community.

The Symposium is recommended for experienced Project Risk Practitioners as well as anyone wishing to extend their basic understanding of Project Management to include the principles of Risk Management.  Join your peers and network with fellow project risk management specialists, reunite with industry colleagues and make new and lasting business relationships.
