Charles W. Bosler Jr. is the president of Risk Services & Technology (RST) of Amherst, New Hampshire. RST is a high technology company providing risk management software tools and consulting services. Before he founded RST, Charles was the President of Aerospace Electronics, a high tech contractor for the Department of Defense. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. As a Marine, he was the recipient of numerous awards and honors among the most significant he was honored as "the most Inspirational Leader in the Marine Corps" before his retirement in 1987.

Charles Bosler is an active contributor to the American Project Management Forum (APMF), the Global Project Management Forum (GPMF), as well as, the Society for Risk Analysis (SRA) and the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). He is often asked to lend his experience and expertise to the Department of Defense (DoD), Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA) and the Defense Systems Management College (DSMC).

Serves on many standing committees such as, International Standards Organization (ISO) Project/Risk Management Technical Advisory Group (TAG), the Standards Committee of the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and PMI Standards Committee and is a Certified Professional Consultant to Management (CPCM), as certified by the National Bureau of Certified Consultants (NBCC).

Charles Bosler resides in Milford, New Hampshire, with his wife Betty, and son Tres who recently joined the U.S. Marine Corps.
